This project stands out as one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. Our team had full ownership from the ground up. We defined the design system, selected the technology stack, implemented the architecture, and even crafted the technical copy throughout the interface. That level of autonomy allowed us to build a highly tailored, cohesive experience optimized for the needs of our internal users.

The platform featured a wide range of thoughtfully designed tools, including dark mode, detailed slide-out panels for inline workflows, dynamic timestamps, and robust content management capabilities. We implemented custom data caching and error handling strategies to ensure performance and reliability at scale. The admin site also served as a powerful integration hub, connecting directly with third-party services like Jira, TransUnion, Dwolla, and Plaid to streamline operations and centralize complex workflows into a single, efficient interface.

This was the first project where we integrated Claude Code into the system, enabling us to leverage its evolving capabilities to accelerate development, enhance automation, and continuously improve workflows as new features are released.
